COVID-19 Notice: Under the Georgia COVID-19 Pandemic Business Safety Act, there is no liability for injury or death of an individual entering Roll Call Party Bus. Individuals entering Roll Call Party Bus, if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19, you are assuming this risk by entering our buses. Any person entering the premises waives all civil liability against this premises owner and operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises. Our buses are disinfected after each booking.

No Smoking/Vaping Allowed: Roll Call Party Bus fleet is smoke and vape free. If anyone violates this policy, there will be a $350.00 cleaning fee applied to the card on file. Additional stops, smoke breaks, can be added to the itinerary at any time during your reservation.

Alcohol Policy: In the state of Georgia, it is unlawful for anyone under the age of 21 to consume or possess alcohol. Customers are allowed to bring alcohol on the bus, but customers are responsible for ensuring that no person(s) under 21 consume any alcohol while on Roll Call Party Bus.

Damages: The booking customer is responsible for all damages caused by passengers, or decorations. Any repairs that are needed if any damages occur will be charged to the card on file, at the cost of the repairs. Before and after the customer’s reservation, the driver and the booking customer will complete a walk-through of the bus to identify any damages.

Roll Call Party Bus Agreement Terms and Conditions

Cleaning: The booking customer is responsible for ensuring that the bus is cleared of all trash at the end of the reservation. The booking customer is also responsible for ensuring that all bodily fluids are cleaned off the bus to avoid a $350.00 cleaning fee to the card on file.

Payments: In order to reserve Roll Call Party Bus, a $300.00 deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is deducted from the cost of the reservation. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the reservation date.

Cancellation Policy/ Rescheduling: All deposits are nonrefundable for customer cancellations. Customers are allowed to apply their deposits towards rescheduling for future available dates.

Booking Time: The reservation starts, and ends at the time of the customers booking/ scheduled request. Additional hours must be pre- approved, and communicated prior to the reservation.

Parking: The booking customer is responsible for all fees associated with parking.

Photography/ Videography: Any photos or videos captured are solely used for the purpose of promotional material and publications. The booking customer waives any rights of compensation or ownership to such materials.
